June 9th: Officially Commit & Become one of the "ELITE!!!!"

  • Location: Midwest Cheer Elite, Columbus, 465 Commerce Drive. Sunbury, Ohio 43074
  • Meet teammates while practicing social distancing (Each new fashion team will have a specific time!)
  • Hand in your initial paperwork and contracts
  • Registration Fee Due: $130

  • Location: Midwest Cheer Elite, Columbus
  • Cost…included in monthly installments
  • 12 hours per team (3-four hour days)

COMPETITION DATES:

Competitions are typically held during the weekends, beginning in late October and ending in early April.  Each team attends between 6-8 competitions per season.  Exact dates will be given out as soon as they are available. Some travel will be required. The Summit and Worlds are final competitions of the season.

CHECKLIST:

All athletes must submit the following forms to our office before an athlete can participate in ANY team activity for the season.  Thank you for your prompt attention and cooperation.

To be submitted prior to Athlete Evaluation:

  • Registration and Release Form
  • Birth Certificate Copy (New members only)
  • Current Head Shot of athlete
  • “Athlete Info” Form
  • TRY-OUT Fee ($40 all athletes) Flyers (Additional $25) Private Try-Out ($65)

To be submitted at the Mandatory Parent Meeting:

  • Financial Contract (Given at Evals)
  • Credit Card Authorization Form (Given at Evals) 
  • T-Shirt Size, Practice Wear size, shoe size
  • Vacation/Absence Form (Given at Evals)
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: $130
